Those figures are near enough the same. degree C is 9/5 bigger than degree F
5mv/C is 0.005V/deg C which is 5/9 x 0.005V/deg F = just a bit more than 0.0022V/deg F
Small differences are usually overshadowed by other factors such as not measuring the battery temperature directly, or a controller with no external probe being mounted in a completely different ambient temperature to the batteries etc etc.
