Some of my accessories are not working

This statement is confusing. You measured the battery voltage and it was normal but lights don't work. You plugged trailer into shore power and then everything worked, including the lights?
If so, check the circuit breaker close to the battery. It may be hidden underneath the frame or inside a box. When the converter is operational, you should measure at least 13.5 VDC across the battery terminals.
