After I put a new battery in that tested at 12.63 volts I went back into the camper and tried the lights, still nothing worked as stated in the original post. I plugged the camper back in to ac power with the battery hooked up and still got 12.63-12.64 volts. Everything worked in camper after I plugged it in. ????
If so, check the circuit breaker close to the battery. It may be hidden underneath the frame or inside a box. When the converter is operational, you should measure at least 13.5 VDC across the battery terminals.
