I understand that any vehicle can have issues, but seven weeks out of service in less than a year is excessive. And their unwillingness to buy it back doesn't speak well for their level of customer service.

Also, I actually do have a question. Have you involved the factory? Called them and insisted they rectify the problems?
Sorry you had all these problems. It surely takes the fun out of camping.
