I'm happy to post more if you want more information. I have been active on another forum, but as I stated in my first post, I want to save people from dealing with what I've had to go through.
I understand that any vehicle can have issues, but seven weeks out of service in less than a year is excessive. And their unwillingness to buy it back doesn't speak well for their level of customer service.
I had purchased a 2012 Keystone on June 28th, 2013 and between then and March 26th, 2014 this RV developed 30+ issues including bubbles in all four of the slide out exterior walls. Keystone refused to buy it back but my dealer stepped up to the plate and gave me almost all of my original purchase price on a new unit and it was NOT a Keystone. A good dealer is everything.
