I went with Line-X Premium and DID have to go back for service. I would go with Line-X Premium again.
Here is why...
I was picking up a pallet of tile for my mother-in-law at Menard's (a Midwest chain similar to Home Depot and Lowes) and the kid loading it with the forklift punctured the bed with one of the forks and went all the way down through the Line-X and through the factory paint on the bed.
The tear was about an inch long and about a half-inch wide. I took the truck back to the Line-X dealer and they filled it in and completely re-sprayed the bed and covered it under warranty.
Now, I could have gone to Menard's and fought with them for the money to repair it, but the Line-X dealer fixed it and sent me on my way with no questions asked.
We tow a travel trailer and we tailgate for 10+ NFL games per year. We throw wood, chairs, tools, canopies, grills, and bikes in that bed and have never had a problem.
Every truck I own in the future will have a Line-X liner.
