My 2012 F350 6.7 sags about 2-3" under the 3200# loaded pin weight in my 5'r. Very acceptable. The ends of the helper spring does touch on the stop. The truck carries the weight really well.
Pretty much the same experience with my 2011 F350. Without interference from the air bags, +/-3200 lb pin weight plus >175 lb hitch, a few tools and 4 people in the truck made the truck sit exactly level before I installed a 2" leveling kit. I now keep the truck fairly level with the air bags. The F250 doesn't have the benefit of a taller spacer block in the rear and will quickly sag 1.5" lower than an F350 under the same load because of this.
