Stabilizers for Jayco TT?

We have a Jayco 287 BHSW. It has 4 stabilizer jacks in each corner, but there is still some wiggle when people are moving throughout the TT. Not a lot, but enough to be annoying at times. Are there any after market stabilizers you would recommend to at least help cut down on some of the wiggle? Not expecting a perfect situation considering it is an aluminum house on wheels. Thoughts?

    He is right!
I use simple Aluminum Stack Jack on the trailer frame, beside the axle. (rated for 6000lb each btw)
This eliminate the spring/tire factor all together!

You can find it at Walmart under the "Camco 44560 Olympian RV Aluminum Stack Jacks", I paid $50 for 4 stands.

  • JT Strongarms are the best addition I've done to our tt. No more bounce and wiggle, even with the kids jumping around. It also helps if your jack are mounted so they are not parallel or perpendicular to the frame if you know what I mean. Jacks only have stability in one direction so if they are all mounted in the same direction they won't do much to stabilize. The best way to mount them is on an angle at each corner.

  • My wife and daughter both create an earthquake when they walk. I have tried just about everything to stop the wiggle. Some work and many do not. The X-Chocks do help. The one that helps the most is to make sure the stabilizers are on a good solid surface. Also, the least amount you can lower them the better.I use 4x6 blocks cut into 1 foot sections and stack them under the stabilizers.I try to not lower them more than about 8-12 inches.
