From the pictures, your camper just like mine has big overhang.
For long time I had it off the truck with 4x6 beam under front wall and about 10" tall piece of 4x8 holding the beam in the distance that rear wings will stay close to the ground.
My sewer hose restrict that, but more often I am using Sewer Solution.
With heavy camper that all I needed for stabilization, but lately doing it again I noticed that floor in rear bathroom moves.
When on the truck the vanity stands on the floor, when on the jacks I see gap there.
My camper has aluminium frame, so that is disappointing, but now I am planning to get additional support for rear aluminium bumper.
