I have a 2012 Starcraft AR-One 18FB. We have been very happy with it. There is no sink in the bathroom, but it does have a nice size tub and linen closet. We have no problems using the kitchen sink.
In the front of the trailer is a full size bed (self contained). This is the bed where my husband and I sleep quite comfortably. There are cabinets overhead and two windows; one on each side. The kitchen has everything we need and with a few minor modifications as seen on a different forum, I manage extremely efficiently.
The table is the absolute worst. I am about to contact Starcraft, as I am still under warranty, because the legs are garbage and keep bending. I brought it back to the dealer and the mechanic assured me he replaced the brackets. I went to put the table in the upright position yesterday and the brackets, both of them, again bent severely. My husband wants to place them completely with the ones that get drilled into the floor and go up and down.
The fold out bunk/hybrid bed is where my son sleeps. He loves it. No problems with heat, cold, bugs anything. We fitted the windows and under the bed with reflectix and he loves it.
That's our 18FB in a nutshell. Compared to some of the others out there in it's weight class and price point, it's the best for the money.
