Starcraft AR-One...no bathroom sink?

I have 1400lb ccc in a superlight stripped down starcraft travel star sport 21rbh. The unit weighs 4400lbs loaded heavy and ready to camp. The gross weight is 5000lbs and is ideal for any 6000lb plus tow rated vehicle. Sure they ridgeline could tow it, but would have to watch all weights of occupants, lack of wdh, and all gear. They need to start building these units again, not single axle stripped of bathroom sink debaucheries.
Enough beds for 6 to sleep comfortably, rear, lower side, and front clothes storage. Pantry for food up top, bath towels go on the bottom. Baby sleeps on the side tent, 4 year old on the lower rear bunk, extra guest on the upper bed.

We bring bikes, stollers, canoes, etc, don't attempt that with anything less than 3/4 ton.
