After all they do sell about 12000 gallons in 24 hrs out of each pump when they are busy so a few spills are inevitable. Most of the rude drivers I've met are in Northern Indiana where I hauled steel and aluminum, Chicago, Washington DC, and Detroit. Oh and as for beggars. I have seen 1 in Albuquerque and 1 in Virginia in the last 5 years so I'm not sure where you hang out but you need to change your routine IMHO. A lot of truckers and others with RVs probably appreciate it when you stay away. hopefully someday you won't have to beg if the stock market crashes.

I can't imagine what Dutchmansport is talking about. I normally don't use interstate highways but sometimes reroute to one just to go to a truckstop. I suppose there exceptions but for the most part they are the cleanest, nicest places on the hiway. I have occasionally stayed overnight and I don't ever remember seeing a beggar. I somehow feel especially safe tucked in between a couple of semis.
