Storing Truck camper

I empty all tanks before removing from truck. I lower the jacks until the rear bumper is only a few inches off of the ground. (It stuns me that people store with the jacks fully raised - even at a campground!) I place bricks under the jacks. I cover the camper with a 12 X 24 cheap Walmart blue tarp (lasts two or three years). I keep the unit plugged in for the batteries. Make sure that you have screens over the furnace and water/heater exhausts against mud daubers. This is what I've done for the 12 years that I've owned my Lance.
