Do you remove your WD hitch head when you are parked? What do you do with it? My Curt head weighs about 80# I can lift it ok and set it on the tail gate of my truck but that is as far as it gets. ...

As in Lynnmor's post with pictures, that is just what I do and was trying to describe in my previous post. However I do not have the handy handle. ;)
I also put a pad lock on the trailer hitch latch and cover the whole hitch assembly with a black plastic garbage bag, secured with a bungee cord. Protects it from the weather and prying eyes.
