Thanks for clarifying...most auto transmissions are at increased risk of failure after 200K, not Ford specifically....not that it's gonna fail tomorrow, but OP was concerned that he didn't have any confidence in the truck after two breakdowns. At 200K a refresh of the soft parts in the trans will mean another 200K of trouble-free miles. In other words, why wait for it to fail?
