DavinD I feel your pain. We spent over $5000 last year on our 6.0. Fan clutch, egr and oil coolers, swap out Ford Gold******for Cat ELC, new rotors and pads all around. Ran great for six months until CEL kept coming on, Po142 I believe and then truck started feeling sluggish pulling fiver up hills, turbo boost would not exceed 18 psi and blew the CAC tube twice. Only had 92000 miles. Enough was enough, found a great deal a 2008 GMC dually and never looked back. Best of luck in your decision. Its not easy but what you went through is a lot more than I could have stomached.
