You also have to watch the hitch weight on the units. We have two tow vehicles and the one that can tow 2,000 lbs can only have 200 lbs of hitch weight. I would say the OP will need to scale down what they desire. With a unit like a Scamp, while the basic may weigh in at 1250 or whatever it was, that is without options and Scamp considers nearly everything an option and on the 13', the frig is an option and is very small. The bathroom is an option, awning, water heater, and on and on. I think that Heartland has discontinued the MPG. T@B will be too heavy with the bathroom added. A lot of pop-ups now hover in the area of or exceed 2,000 lbs especially when you add the bathroom.
