Sun protection

I was washing our TT this weekend, and I got to thinking about the large Sunnybrook logo on the front of the trailer. The trailer had been kept under shelter by both previous owners since new, so the logo still looks very nice. But a shelter is not an option for us. We keep it in our backyard, and the front of the trailer faces west, so there will be pretty strong sunshine in the afternoons/evenings during the warmer summer months.

Is there any type of UV protectant that can be applied to the logo to help keep it looking nice for a few more years? Thanks.

    303 Protectant

X2 apply every month or two.

X3. You can also use ProtectAll, since it is not petroleum based and safe for decals.
  • Haven't I seen on this site in the past that the 303 protection is sold at Dollar General???

I was looking there today myself, but couldn't remember the whole name, all I could remember was 303.
  • not really
the single best thing you can do for an rv is store it under a roof .
ours is a 3 sided shed with a north facing door
our 2002 model purchased new still looks 1 year old .
further , the heating ( expansion ) during the day and cooling ( contraction ) at night will over time create a leak at the various joints .
these can be repaired , but vigilence is required to keep a leaky roof / wall from allowing moisture damage to the interior .
