I wouldn't WANT to stay in a place like that anyway! I've heard of this before too... All I would say is "whatever"... and then find a nice little private spot somewhere like you did and enjoy my time with the satisfaction that all "those coaches" are trapped like sardines in the "resort"... Funny thing (and I'm NOT intending to brag) is that if I wanted to have one, I could afford one of those big high end coaches and I would STILL not stay there! It's the surroundings, and the people, NOT the rig that is important. I LOVE my "old truck and camper"... :) Life is too short to stress about that, and I'm glad you didn't.
