My last truck was an 4X4 F-350 crew cab with 8 ft bed. It took 40 acres to make a U turn. However it rode like a Cadillac. It was nice having the extra passenger space and when traveling.
My current truck is a 4X4 F-350 extended cab with 8 ft bed. It can make a whole lot tighter turn. With just the 2 of us we rarely have rear seat passengers and not on long trips. I miss some of the extra space with the crew cab but it sure is nicer getting around town with the extended cab.
