finding sales with the HD's broken out are hard, but here ya go:
18,600 Chevy 3500 HD's sold to Ford's 85,000 HD F-350's sold over all of 2013. In that comparison, it is 5 Ford HD's sold for every 1 Chevy.
And yes, if you combine the GM trucks (and 3/4 + 1 ton), the ratio drops to something like 2.6 Ford HD's sold for every 1 GM HD, but since theft figures are tracked based on model, rather than manufacturer vehicle type, you must separate by model to be fair.
