Great minds think alike.
I bought an EU6500i on Craigslist about 2 years ago. IT IS AWESOME!
Like your EU7000, The sound really doesn't get any louder when you apply a bigger load. I wheel it in the trailer, tie it down and simply open the ramp door when I want to run it. When I'm done, I coil up the power cord, hang it on a wall hook and close the door.
I've been working on my small trailer all week. I thought I had a set of backup lights picked out, but I got them and they were spot lights, not flood. I returned them.
Today I installed a shore power port on the front wall. I've been waiting all week for a 2 7/8" hole saw via Amazon because no one carries that size locally. Everything local is either 1/2" increments or 1/4", depending on where I looked.
I've been doing all sort of upgrades to it since January when I moved it in my Garage and started refurbishing the floor. Total brake rebuild was next. Last summer I had one wheel that constantly locked up regardless of how many times I loosened that brake. Next trip, the (*@# would lock up again.
