Sway problem need help
I have a 26H terry 26' foot travel trailer and installed a 4x8' platform on the back of the trailer. Designed by a engineer for my harley. Total added weight is 1100lbs. At 55mph the trailer sways....

Thank you all for the advice. At this point based on most if not all of you who said to correct the problem and don't depend on a sway system device. I will definately put the trailer on a scale and check the tongue weight related to the trailer weight before scrapping the idea.
I had a toy hauler but wasn't roomy for long stays. Toy haulers in most part are designed to haul toys with no slides or small ones. Since my problem I did start looking again and did fine a outback made in 2013 and 2014 that has large living area slide and a queen bed slide out. My problem is not wanting to buy a new one and can't find used ones. Maybe a couple years down the road there will be some used ones available.
