Thank you all for the advice. At this point based on most if not all of you who said to correct the problem and don't depend on a sway system device. I will definately put the trailer on a scale and check the tongue weight related to the trailer weight before scrapping the idea.
I had a toy hauler but wasn't roomy for long stays. Toy haulers in most part are designed to haul toys with no slides or small ones. Since my problem I did start looking again and did fine a outback made in 2013 and 2014 that has large living area slide and a queen bed slide out. My problem is not wanting to buy a new one and can't find used ones. Maybe a couple years down the road there will be some used ones available.
Your "engineer" is an idiot.
Every lb of weight placed on the bumper will remove 1/3 of a lb from the tongue.
That means 1100 lbs extra on the bumper will remove about 360 lbs from your tongue. This WILL make your tongue WAY TOO LIGHT.
Adding 360 lbs to the tongue to counteract the 1100 lbs on the rear is asking for disaster. Simply put, that is going to take up nearly ALL of your cargo capacity not to mention put a LOT of strain on the trailer frame.
DO NOT continue to attempt to tow with that bike on the rear...
