That will tell you how much TW you have, balance and how well the WDH is adjusted. No speculation needed.

If you have the Reese dual cam, the system is picky about adjusting such that the detents in the bars are centered over the cam lobes when going straight. Etrailer has a decent video detailing a good way to adjust it, except the front axle weight/height should be returned to unhitched amount.

I had a TT with the same issues..... I placed 2 friction bars on the hitch and that helped... Then I removed the bikes and it all went away.. TOO much tail weight with not enough tongue weight , is what it sounds to me...

11500 capacity according to the manufacturer but that's another discussion and I was think not enough tongue weight but was wondering if I drop my ball height if that would help any

I can't see my reply but yes dual cam hitch set up. No never adjusted after bike rack but did after new truck.

Can you be more specific when you say Reese hitch with 1200lb bars? Is it a dual cam system? Do you have friction sway control?
Yes a lot of sway can be exaggerated by improper balance. If you have a dual cam setup that is not set correctly it can also sway. Did you add the bike rack after the hitch without readjusting?
