Swing bracket install help

Installing a set of swing brackets and need some ideas...



How do I support the front? I was thinking about raising the camper and backing the truck under it about three inches and then lowering it down until the truck held just the front up. Then just unbolt and rebolt...



I have a 3ton jack but not sure how to safely do that.



Any help would be great,

    A saw horse or some cmu blocks and a 4 x 4 is plenty support to get the job done.

    I assume you cannot back in all the way because your DRW truck is too wide. Can you borrow a SRW truck to set it on long enough to install the brackets?

    Why not simply put some blocks, saw horses, etc... under the camper if it's already off to support it, then remove the front jacks, install the swingaway brackets, and then reinstall the jacks?
