My oil change at the dealer for my 2014 CTD is $65 and about $55 if I do it myself. That and the $81 dollars for both fuel filters is what a pay every 15k miles.

I believe that has more to do with a lighter duty cycle to a heavier duty cycle. Ford recommends every six months in the Super Duty gas engines. Also, the 6 months is more of an across the board Ram thing than a Cummins thing. Cummins has 12 month 15k mile intervals on other applications that the ISB 6.7L is in like recreational vehicles.
