Yes, bumping it to a year would be perfectly fine. I don't have my work laptop that has all my Cummins logins with me, but if I remember Monday then I can snip and paste where Cummins recommends the interval for the ISB 6.7L in many applications like recreational vehicles at 1 year. The only time 6 months is recommended is for trucks with a lot of low speeds(below 25 mph), excessive idling, and constant driving in dusty conditions. I think Ram just states 6 months to go by the worst case scenerio duty cycle.
