Thanks for the replies everyone!
The fridge is a one way Furrion Arctic 12 volt only (not propane, not 120 V). Unless I want food spoilage, I've got no choice but to use this continuously.
Holy ****, I saw that Sam's club has 215 Ah GC2 batteries for $90 each. Thanks for the recommendation theoldwizard1. They're flooded that require maintenance, but I think this will be the route I'll take. I'm plenty comfortable running them down to 20%, even if it means a shorter lifespan, given the cost to replace them is so small.
I am planning on getting solar at some point, but it's not super high on my priority list, as I do top off the power bank with the generator every evening. My main reason going solar would be so that I wouldn't have to use the generator so often.
I believe the highest voltage I've seen while plugged into the generator was 13.6 V, but I'm not confident that it isn't higher when first plugged in. I'll check next time the battery is down and I've got the generator running or plugged into shore power. I do get 100% charge (12.6 to 12.7 volts after unplugged from gen/shore, depending on if other things are running) at the end of the night when we start using more power. Thus far, I always ran the generator for a couple of hours before bed to make sure I am topped off.
Thanks for the link to the double battery box CharlesinGA. I'm hoping my existing battery boxes will fit the GC2 batteries. I'm going to pick them up this week. If they fit, great. If not, I'll go with the double box that you linked.
