Switching light electric to heavy electric setting

2014 Ram 3500 6.7 Cummins. So far I am unable to get the controller to stay in the heavy electric setting, it quickly jumps back to the light electric setting. I wonder if any of you have experienced ...

Here is another good video explaining the brake controller and also the two different modes for the exhaust brake. Watch it to the end. The do better camera work towards the end actually showing how to change settings.
