T245S Slide Troubleshooting
Hello All,
I have "inherited" a 2008 Komfort Trailblazer T254S travel trailer with a non-working slide out system. Unfortunately, the manual supplied from Komfort is nothing short of lackluster. I have removed the service panel on the bottom of the trailer to find the motor and a set of wire crimps, but am not getting 12v here when pressing the switch.
I also checked for 12v at the switch location, and it is not present. From what I have read and seen on several forums, there should be a fuse or relay somewhere near the battery system, which I cannot find.
I have also removed the load center to see if there are any obvious fuses or distribution blocks, but again nothing that seems to tie in to the wiring I see at the switch.
I'm at a complete loss at this point and hoping someone else out there has run into this and been able to resolve the issue. It's a real bummer that Komfort went out of business and Thor (the parent company) no longer seems to have any support contacts for the brand.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
