Hi Jerry,
I've looked for said "circuit breaker" for most of the day now and have found nothing.
I was able to find a fuse distribution panel on the underbelly near the front of the trailer, but all of the fuses are fine and everything passes continuity tests. It appears all of these connections are also for trailer wiring going to the towing vehicle.
