Because they cost a lot less? I doubt it.
Most RV dealers sell dozens of the small popups and single-axle hard sides a year, and those are all in the <$10,000 range.
It's about moving a lot of product. Unless you are an RV dealer that specializes on the truck campers, you don't move very many of them and they tend to sit on the lot.
