I could see gutting the components and windows out of your truck camper and putting them in the van. I doubt you will have good results with the interior or slide.
Main items would be matress and fridge + overhead cabinets.
Probably furnace and outside shower with WH.
Than "skylights" aka Fantastic fan and Lance emergency hatch, who has cover giving plenty light inside.
Would I put slide in it, that would be the only side window.
Putting slide into van would be great, but I did not check yet if that is doable. Sprinter has curved walls, so fitting flat wall slide will take some additional engineering.
I already found on the net that in last 2 years somebody is installing slide in Sprinter vans, but not enough pictures to see details.
Such vans run up to $150,000, so the idea is to beat the market and gain potential resale value.
And again, whole idea starts with the point that I have 2 campers.
Lance is in California and I use it when I visit my rentals, but I have other places to stay there if I need it and getting rid of camper from the yard, I can raise the rent ;)
Lastly, would we like the van a lot, we can get rid of our car and use van for shopping.
