As many others have said, find a shop with a high bay that works on box trucks or ambulances. My F350 with Igloo camper on board went to my local Ford dealer for oil change and inspection - no problem on their end but they have 18 feet of clearance and work on commercial trucks all the time. The clearance is the limiting factor.
And no, the cab doesn't have to come off for the oil change.:B
