Tee Connector maybe? Lance wire diagram

As you can see in the above photo there is a "5" pin connector that lance uses to go from camper wire harness to bumper lights.

I use a deck on my camper and run lights on the back of there..

Has anyone ever seen or shopped for a Tee that would go between those two plugs for trailering?

I have a call in with Lance but am exploring all avenues..
  • I think you guys may not be following me...

I use the standard Lance plug and socket to plug the camper to the truck that is not what I am referring too.

See how I have a deck I just want to wire up tail lights on the back of this deck with out splicing into the campers wires like I did on the old camper. Was hoping to have or make a plug that would fit into the lance harness that has a plug already back there.

I may be able to buy the pig tails and solder my own.
  • I don't want to plug into the truck at all just for lights on the deck. One less thing to have to unplug when I unload the camper. The deck stays on camper almost all the time. I just spliced the wires to the harness last time on my 881 max but I didn't want to do that this time on my new camper.
  • Does your Lance go in to a dedicated connector on the truck or does it use the trailer connector? If the camper has its own connector, you can plug your deck into the trailer connector. Since the trailer and deck are exclusive of each other, there would be no need for a T connector or Y-cable.

Yeah I'm looking for a way to quick- connect for when I remove deck while towing.

Be sure to check out ETRAILER on-line as they have everything trailer electrical wise...
