If its dripping from the handle stem , a common problem is a worn nylon bearing in the stem of the crank . Sometimes they just dont sit right from the beginning and leak ,or they wear over time from use, just replace it .
Access from inside the rv.
Its a common problem if you have one that looks something like this.
page 3 fugure 5 'nylon bearing'there should be a set screw on the side of the handle to release it.
Just take it apart and replace the 0-ring. Try to match it up at a hardware store or.....
If you still have the manuals that came with the antenna it will show you the breakdown of parts...if not google the make/model for the parts breakdown.
AS im looking into this more...im correcting myself....
On p 7 , 'ordering parts' package #7 you will see an o-ring that was also replaced when my nylon washer was replaced. That o-ring leaking water was probably the reason why water traveled down to the nylon washer. Both washers were replaced at the same time so im not 100% sure which one of them caused the leak. But now that i examine the parts closer, im thinking the 0-ring. End result was, the leak stopped.
Look into that o-ring if the other things don't work.
