Mine is similar to this, but not with the arms. So it just simply hooks over the flat end and sits. Can be removed just by lifting up.
This one, has the 2 arms that extend, allowing for turning the television side ways a bit, and the arms that are attached to the television will allow it to be tipped up and down. This is the best of both the arm mounted and the flat mounted I've seen.
I'm not sure where this is can be found. I did a Google Search and just kept looking at images. Here's the link to the photo:

Not sure what the price would be, but my flat one with no arms was right at $100 at Wall Mart about 10 years ago. By the way, I use the same wall mounts in my house (not the one with the arms, the flat ones that allow the television to be lifted off.)
In a camper, they work very well, as long as they are secure to the wall. This is by far, the best of both the arm mount and the flat mount I've seen yet!
