Patience, Grasshopper. A conglomerate of corporations has been formed to build and install 50,000 charge stations starting now. This does not include the federal infrastructure plan to install tens of thousands more.
THere is some private investment. Wal Mart and other large retailers are installing them. Restauraunts along the interstate are also installing them. I would not be surprised to find these private Companies are getting a tax break.
But keep in mind lots of companies recieve tax breaks as incentives to do all kinds of things. Arguing tax breaks is a entire different issue.
