Beautiful 1-ton, Bowhunter. Congrats. Any other details on the truck? Aisin? Long Bed? 4x4?
68FRE trans, long bed, Laramie. THought about the AISIN trans but for the amount of time we tow (4-5 times a year) I just didn't think it would make that much of a difference. If I was full timing then the decisions made would be different. That won't happen for another 10 years.
Nothing wrong with the 68RFE. 65K on my 11 HO Dually with the 3:42 gears. Towed a combined load of 28-30K, if it were going to break it would have with that abuse!
50K on AMZ/OIL, looks good in my opinion!

An aftermarket oil pan with an overpriced tranny fluid sure provides a vote of confidence in the factory setup for the 68. At 75k miles I still have the factory tranny fluid and oil pan. :W
Don't remember seeing a 30K RV behind your rig.
I would NEVER go 75K with the original fluid.
BTW the Video link was a complete waste of time!
I will go up against ANY GM or Ford 350/3500 Dually same weight same downhill grade. I guarantee they will make it to the bottom of the hill first!
Different gear ratios in your vid for one! For two let's place each rig in 4th gear set the cruise to 55 and see who makes it to the bottom first. NOT RAM
Spin it anyway you want Cummins has the most braking HP.
Responses to your ridiculous comments:
1. I don't tout my personal belongings/equipment on a public forum (including but not limited to your ridiculous no stop posting of a B&W hitch).
2. The transmission fluid in my truck is rated for a 150k OCI. Unlike your 30k OCI aisin.
3. You choose to watch the video that you wanted some information.
4. You can go against any F350/3500 I really don't care. Be careful you don't get your azz handed to you during the process. Ask me how I know!
5. All trucks in the same configuration offer different gear ratio's but if making excuses is your game... Game on!
6. The spin is the blind RAM mafia as usual! :W
