But isn't the point of a TC so that you can use the truck you already own and still have use of the truck when not out on a trip? Plus the ability to pull your toys, and many other things that attracted us to one? I'm trying to understand the benefit of buying a new truck chassis and then outfitting it with a TC and storage boxes and not being able to have use of the truck when you get to your destination or when at home. Is it because the TC is already built and easy to fasten to the chassis?
You haven't paid any attention...
this rig is Bryan's home... he doesn't own a piece of land that he needs to keep up... the only reason he needs a truck is to have his home with him. He doesn't haul gravel, lumber, or tree limbs...
When he goes grocery shopping in his truck he puts his perishables in the fridge or frezer... he may never go back to where he was parked the night before.
He rides his motorcyce on day trips remote and to town ....
he doesn't park his truck camper/truck in trailer parks and parking lots
...his run-around vehicles are his motorcycles, bicycles, kayaks.
When he gets in his attic... it's in the back seat or a storage box on the truck...
What else can I say to get you to understand?
