The best camping drinkin cup I've ever had.....

As I sit here sipping my evening libation, I thought, you know, I don't think anyone's ever, in all the years I've been posting here, posted comments on camping cups. Well let me be the first.

These things are amazing. The other day I did the same thing, called it quits from work, came home, had dinner, relaxed to a nice drink. I put the cup on the counter rather than in the sink, no reason, just did. The next morning....the ice was still in the cup.

I recently had ordered a new recliner, LED lights, and a couple of these fancy cups to try from Recreation Pro.com. Now, I didn't think cups would be worth mentioning, but these things are awesome! They're vacuum sealed like a Thermos bottle. And the other bonus - they're so perfectly insulated, they don't sweat!

And coffee---same thing. Cup is not warm to the touch at all, and it stays hot literally all day. Assuming you don't drink it all first.

Ya gotta try one... Best $20 I've spent in a while. I think I know what I'm getting friends/family for stocking stuffers later this year!

  • Those cups are cool. But when you switch from hot to cold it start to not keep cold drinks as long.

I will stick with Yeti cost little more but sure does handle the switch from hot to cold.

If you're drinking beer from a can you have to have these... stays frosty even when it's uber-hot out. They really work.

    Yeti Rambler Colster

These are cool...... If ya can't drain a beer before it gets warm!

    Jk

I haven't tried it with cold liquids, but my Contigo coffee cup is amazing. I can't believe how long it keeps the coffee hot.

Those are the best for coffee since they're normally closed. Almost impossible to spill and keep hot a long time.
Hydro flask, like the rec pro cups are a whole new level. Just used mine exclusively for 3 weeks camping. Coffee am and cocktails pm. Same deal. Ice from the last cocktail was still froze in a clump in the cup in the am when it was coffee time!

I hadn't thought about a stainless cup. Sounds interesting although I don't really want a rec pro name on it. :)

    Ha!
It was just a paper label....It comes right off, ya have to take it off to wash it.
