They have my name and number...It came in last Wednesday, my salesman, (since 96'), calls me to tell me it's there and ask if I want to see it...I tell him, "No", not interested, sell to someone else....That's it...end of conversation....I worked last Wednesday and Thursday 12 hr day's, so I get another phone call on Thursday and I'm told they feel bad about the way it all worked out, and I tell the Sales Manager now, I appreciate it, but NOT INTERESTED!!! I mean, how much more plain can you be than that???
I tell them to sell it to someone else.....I'm asked by my salesman, "what would it take", so I come up with some really inane numbers that I KNOW won't be met....and so far, they've met everyone of them.....I mean, stupid numbers for trade in, % interest rate, (though I know I could get a very low one for a short period of time with my credit union,...and again......"just saying", it's really silly because I even had my wife call to tell them I was too busy to talk to them, that I told them to sell it...
NOW, here it is, almost Monday, just got back from 3 day camping trip to WV, so you can see, I didn't hang around to see what happened and they could have sold it for all I cared, BUT....they haven't and "IF" I get the interest rate I want....guess I'll be a fool and buy it..I'm getting a deal I thought I'd NEVER get and haven't done a thing to do it except throw out some inane numbers as to how they might talk me into it.....so far they have...guess dealing with them for a little over 16 yrs and between family and friends I've sent them to purchase vehicles, which equals 70 right now....guess they mean it when they say they value my business and want me to do all they can to get me into the truck that I ordered.
Though, when I purchased the 12', they KNEW I wasn't going to buy the 13', and have ZERO obligation to do so...
So how many times do I tell them, "no, I'm not buying it".....then go as far as to give them some numbers that will seal the deal of me not getting it and they meet my numbers...
