- campiglooExplorerPark owner/managers who are quite certain that today is the first time I've been behind a steering wheel. Want to spot me, fine, but I don't need you to tell me which gear to use and which way to turn the steering wheel.
- falconbrotherExplorer IICame through Raleigh 2 days ago. State detoured traffic off of I40 East bound to 540,264,95,701, back to I40. Added an hour and a half to the drive. Not complaining. But, if I had known I would have taken a totally different route. The Raleigh traffic was bad but we missed the overturned car so, that's good.

Which is why I invested in a FloJet Waste Macerator years ago and always service my tanks at home, never line up at a dump station. :B - boosTTExplorerLong lines at the dump station on Sunday at noon. I just want to get home and unpack.

Let the last 2-3 hours of your trip come though DC/Northern VA beltway traffic and you will really learn to hate it.
Yeah, did that once going north. Made sure we went way west on the way home.
We are really spoiled. A major traffic jam here is more than 5 cars at a light. - LVJJJExplorer

Going down the interstate and having a little car change lanes cutting off a car about 10 cars up and the resulting slamming of brakes. I pray that I can stop in time and no one rear ends my trailer. After I stop at the campground, there will be a mess to clean up inside the trailer. For that reason, I try to travel during non peak times. However, there isn't much of a non peak time when going through the Seattle/Tacoma area anymore.
That's fer sure, even worse when Amtrak runs a train off an overpass and completely closes all SB lanes for 2 days. Then there was the time an oversize load hit a bridge in Mt. Vernon and it fell into the river. - LantleyNomad

Just for you. :W - rbpruExplorer IIAll of the above are major annoyances we all dislike. However, the top of my list it sitting in my family room, looking across the yard and seeing my winterized TT sitting there until spring.
We will get out for a day or two of dry camping and snowshoeing but the open road is really a few months away. - MKirklandExplorerGoing down the interstate and having a little car change lanes cutting off a car about 10 cars up and the resulting slamming of brakes.
