Have to take the DP back off.......it seems that when I "tightned up" the front nose after rebuilding it, I went a little to far and have a slight arch to the underside of the C/O. The arch is enough to make it so that the DP wants to wave or buckle and does not want to sit flat. No big deal....just time....live and learn.
