It's been awhile since I posted or worked on the S&S. We spent a week in Oregon on vacation building bunk beds for the grandkids, weather kinda sucked (13 at night and in the 40's during the day) but got them done. Came home to "winter like" weather, got a little snow, but mostly rain. Pulled the tarp off and did some sealing on the roof and had to remove the "Stor-Mor" carrier, more weather. There were huge cracks in it and it was un-usable, so off it came and the mounting holes were plugged and sealed. Today I tackled the fridge vent, I can tell-ya the stuff they used to seal it was hard and brittle. Was a pain to get the old caulk off, but its off. The roof-rack, fridge vent, and various bolts and holes have all been cleaned and Dicored. All thats left to do on the roof is the escape hatch and the top of the drip rails and its done. A little more painting and a couple of trim strips, a little caulking and she's done!!
