We have decided to repair the S&S, it will be cheaper to repair it, then to replace it. After the rally we will take the roof off and remove the roof joists, replace the ceiling panels and replace any questionable roof joists. I will also add a skylight to the bathroom so I can stand up to take a shower, rather than haunch over. We will also add a fantastic fan in the kitchen along with a ceiling light. We know its a big undertaking.......but hey, I'm retired and have the time!
