I usually move post if I think they will get more exposure on another forum. Depending on the subject, I may wait a day or so before moving it. If the subject is unique to TCs, I do not move them. It helps when the OP includes a comment indicating the subject is directed at the TC crowd, and ideally why. I think this subject would be better served if moved, but as indicated the TC crowd is more likely to go off road.
