Just talk with your tire dealer. Remember the first number is the width of the tire in millimeters and the next two numbers are the sidewall height as a percentage of the width.
You could get heel spacers to move the wheels outboard a little but if you go too far you will have to re-stud. Why re-engineer what an Engineer has engineered?
As for airbags, you just have to learn to use them. I believe airbags are superior over other similar products because the trucking industry is certainly using the better product.
