Looks like we have the same tire size. I replaced the tires you now have, I got 35K out of them and probably should have replaced them earlier. I did notice a crack starting to form in the cap of the tire.
Yes, those Kevelar tires do have the winter snowflake on them which is great.
I tend change up tires when I need a new set, I like to see what is new and hopefully advanced.
I did not go with the Duratrac's as they no longer offer a three ply sideway in the load range E tires, which I confirmed today at America's Tire, I went with the Yokahama Geolandar M/T G003 as they had a three ply sidewall.
The Yokahama's are supposed to be 2.5db's quieter than the "leading" brand M/T tire, but that isn't saying much. I heard my tires for the first time when I drove home today! I drive a diesel so I obviously don't care about outside noise...
