Based on NHTSA recommendations you need to inspect tires more frequently at 5 years. Some cheapo Chinese tires say replace after 3 years because they are junk. I got 6+ years out of my last set of Maxxis M8008 ST tires. Look very carefully for any sign of cracking or other abnormalities carefully. Under inflation and ozone degradation are the killer of tires.
